Nedal Breaded Goujons

Nedal Breaded Goujons are made from 62% high-quality chicken meat, coated in a perfectly seasoned, golden breading that gives a crunchy, satisfying bite every time. Each goujon is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, making them ideal for snacks, meals, or sharing with family and friends. They can be deep-fried or oven-baked straight from frozen for a quick, delicious treat. The breading includes wheat flour fortified with iron and folic acid, vegetable oils, and a blend of spices like garlic, onion, and white pepper to enhance the flavor.

Ingredients:

• Chicken Meat 62%

• Fortified Wheat Flour (with Iron and Folic Acid)

• Vegetable Oils (Cottonseed, Sunflower, and/or Rice)

• Water

• Starch

• Salt

• Maize Flour

• Stabilizers (E4511, E4501)

• Yeast

• Spices (Garlic, Onion, White Pepper)

• Dextrose

• Thickener Agent (E407)

May contain rye, barley, oats, milk, and soya.

Cooking Instructions:

• Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Fry frozen goujons for 3–4 minutes. Do not overlap.

• Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake frozen goujons for 20–30 minutes, turning halfway. Do not overlap.
  Cook from frozen. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
